1. 📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order at info@punnya.in.


2. ⏱ Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

    4. 📦 Tracking Your Order

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track the status anytime through our Order Tracking page.


    5. 🚫 Undeliverable Packages

    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


    6. 🧿 Damaged or Lost Packages

    We take utmost care in packaging. However, if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 days, please contact us immediately at support@punnya.in with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll resolve it quickly.


    7. ✈️ International Shipping (Optional)

    Currently, we only offer domestic shipping. For bulk or international inquiries, please reach out directly via email.
